1. Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Earrings and intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items


3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges
